Under the Housy3 “Buy Property as per Vastu” concept, customers can receive guidance for property selection based on Vastu principles.
- Housy3 will show up to three (3) properties free of charge to the customer. No consultation or property suggestion fees will be charged for these first three options.
- If the customer wishes to explore additional properties beyond the first three, a service charge may apply starting from the fourth property onward. The applicable charges will be communicated in advance.
- If the customer decides to purchase a property that has been recommended through Housy3, they will receive a certificate from Pandit Shivkumarshhri confirming that the property has been reviewed and recommended according to Vastu principles.
This certificate will serve as confirmation that the selected property is “100% Property as per Vastu – Verified by Pandit Shivkumarshhri.”
